Everyone here is so kind, helpful, and amazing at what they do! All my questions from what to expect with the medication to how to handle billing were answered and the scheduling process was hassle-free. The facilities are very nice as well. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an infusion!

Getting infusions while working a full time job can be difficult. I’m so thankful that I found Active Infusions. Their schedule is very flexible, offering afternoon and weekend appointments. Caitlin, the infusion nurse, is kind, professional, and responsive. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of infusion practices is impressive. I feel very safe there! Layla, who handles the billing, is also extremely responsive, answering billing questions quickly and efficiently.

Active Infusions is an amazing company! I love their flexible hours, so as a teacher I don't have to struggle with the substitute shortage and was able to come on weekends! The facility is clean and calming and the nurses are so kind. They are doing great work here. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the Active Infusions office in Vienna, VA. Leyla, Caitlin, and now Simran and Jordan as well, have provided kind and caring service to me every time I go. It's comfortable, you can watch something or snooze in the chairs.

This place is incredible! I've had such bad experiences with my other infusion center, but these folks really blew my mind. The facility has almost a spa like quality to it. My infusion nurse (Caitlin) was so nice, knowledgeable, and communicative. I truly believe she cares about her patients.

Caitlin at Active Infusions was a Godsend! After hearing my diagnosis from the neurologist, I went to Active Infusions for IV treatments. Very easy experience. They handled the preauthorization and kept me informed. The scheduler Brandon is very responsive. One time he called back while I was leaving a message. The nurse Caitlin was fantastic. She texted me to let me know the doors were locked on the weekend and to text her when I arrived. She explained every step of the infusion process. I bruise very easily, I told Caitlin and she tried to avoid a bruise, and I didn't have any bruise from the infusion. When I had a question about the insurance saying Active Infusions was out of network, I had an answer within a few minutes about my cost. There is a copay assistance program for the medication I'm taking which only left me with the facility and supply fee. Highly recommend.

I have to say my only previous experience with infusions was with my partner at Kaiser. While that was always fine my own infusions at Active Infusions was a fantastic experience Caitlin made my visits so comfortable. She treated me as I feel she would her own family member I called my doctors office to let them know what a great team they have and suggested they use Active Infusions whenever possible I hope I never need to see them again in this setting but I would go back if necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend Active Infusions to a friend Thank you for making my situation better! This place is miles ahead of my last infusion center. I didn't realize how comfortable and actually enjoyable an infusion could be! Caitlin, who is the infusion nurse, is incredibly caring and knowledgeable. Brandon helped get me set up for my infusions and the process was very simple. They are super flexible and even have weekend hours if necessary. Highly recommend Active Infusions!
