I have to say my only previous experience with infusions was with my partner at Kaiser. While that was always fine my own infusions at Active Infusions was a fantastic experience Caitlin made my visits so comfortable. She treated me as I feel she would her own family member I called my doctors office to let them know what a great team they have and suggested they use Active Infusions whenever possible I hope I never need to see them again in this setting but I would go back if necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend Active Infusions to a friend Thank you for making my situation better! I told Caitlin and she tried to avoid a bruise, and I didn't have any bruise from the infusion. When I had a question about the insurance saying Active Infusions was out of network, I had an answer within a few minutes about my cost. There is a copay assistance program for the medication I'm taking which only left me with the facility and supply fee. Highly recommend.
