Payment Policy
We accept most major health insurance plans, but not all. Every insurance plan is different and coverage varies widely. It is the responsibility of the patient to pay treatment costs that are not be covered by your insurance plan. Any co-payments are due at the time treatment is rendered. For our uninsured patients, please inquire about special discounts and policies at the time you make your appointment.
