These messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and patient billing statements. Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided consent to receive text messages from Active Infusions.

Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and billing activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Active Infusions. Consent is not a condition of receiving care or services.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to [insert sending phone number or short code]. After texting “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You may re-enroll at any time by opting in again through our website or registration process.
